    Head of CRM

    BettingJobs is working with a well-established iGaming operator seeking to future proof their product and expand their team in San Jose with the addition of an experienced Head of CRM.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own and evolve the CRM strategy across multiple markets and products, driving player retention and reactivation.
    • Create processes focused on improving user journey and increasing LTV (segmentation)
    • Manage and mentor a talented CRM team, fostering innovation and excellence.
    • Oversee multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite) to deliver personalized, timely, and engaging communications.
    • Leverage Optimove to segment audiences, build customer journeys, automate campaigns, and deliver actionable insights.
    • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, data, and customer support teams to ensure seamless player experiences.
    • Analyze campaign performance, A/B test initiatives, and continuously optimize for ROI.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends and new CRM technologies to keep us at the forefront of player engagement.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a senior CRM role within the iGaming industry (casino, sports betting, or related).
    • Deep hands-on expertise with Optimove (a must).
    • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for building meaningful player relationships.
    • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, agile environment.
