    Head of CRM

    BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth operator seeking to expand their senior team with a proactive and technical Head of CRM.

    This role is open to those remote in USA, LATAM or Canada.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and optimize player segmentation models to drive engagement, retention, and profitability.
    • Build and refine personalized user journeys and retention features that enhance the player lifecycle.
    • Develop and execute manual and automated campaign strategies focused on activation, retention, and reactivation KPIs.
    • Continuously evaluate and improve multi-channel communications to maximize engagement across all verticals.
    • Lead a culture of testing and experimentation, refining campaign strategies based on performance insights.
    • Identify and resolve issues impacting campaign management, player experience, or revenue performance.
    • Provide clear reporting on CRM activities, results, and opportunities to senior leadership on a monthly and quarterly basis.
    • Lead and manage a high-performing CRM team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance management.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as Head of CRM or senior CRM leader within an online casino or iGaming operator; crypto casino experience strongly preferred.
    • Working knowledge of SQL and Python is preferred.
    • Deep knowledge of retention strategies, lifecycle marketing, and multi-channel communication in regulated industries.
    • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience translating insights into actionable campaigns.
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to balance hands-on execution and team leadership.
    • Confident working under pressure in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with a track record of delivering results.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (second language is a plus).
    • Highly motivated, proactive, and adaptable with a collaborative, can-do attitude.
    • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to roll up sleeves and work alongside the team when required.
