BettingJobs are currently seeking a Head of Casino Operations for a growing iGaming company in their San José, Costa Rica office. The Head of Casino Operations will be responsible for driving forward the casino offering by owning and developing supplier relations, improving communication with internal teams, maximising bonusing & gamification capabilities, innovating the casino product offering and mentoring other members of the team.
This role would be well suited to an experienced casino product professional within the online gaming industry who is looking to take on the challenge of elevating an already successful casino brand to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Own Games Calendar, planning and executing launch of new games, ensuring a seamless rollout and strong player uptake
- Oversee third-party suppliers, managing their back offices
- Identify and develop relationships with new game suppliers and aggregators, ensuring access to all key games content and bonuses/gamification
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team, and establish key processes to ensure operational excellence as we increase our Games portfolio significantly
- Manage promotions and bonuses to maintain player engagement and loyalty, ensuring we are getting ROI on our bonus spend
- Work effectively within Marketing department to drive competence and enthusiasm for our Casino product
- Drive product innovation, highlighting insufficiencies within our Casino product and creating Product tickets to ensure they get fixed as per process
- Drive key performance metrics, alongside weekly tracking and monthly reporting/presentations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior casino management role within the online gambling industry
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and player engagement in a casino setting
- Experience managing third-party casino providers and negotiating contracts
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving strategic objectives
- In-depth understanding of casino operations, including back-office management, game launches, and promotions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively brief and collaborate with marketing teams and other departments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial reports, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
