BettingJobs is working with a new start-up project, founded and run by a small group of iGaming industry veterans. The focus of this start-up is to launch a casino and sportsbook operator in the Russian market, and they are looking for a Head of Casino experienced in this market to assist.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and execution of the online casino strategy to meet business objectives.
• Oversee the selection, integration, and management of casino games, software providers, and platform features.
• Drive player engagement, retention, and acquisition through innovative promotions and offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and technical teams to ensure seamless operation and regulatory adherence.
• Monitor casino performance metrics, analyze user data, and implement enhancements for improved player experience.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate partnerships with game developers and platform providers.
• Ensure compliance with local gambling laws and responsible gambling policies.
• Lead and develop the casino operations team.

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in managing online casino operations at a senior level (Russia and post-Soviet Union countries)
• Strong knowledge of casino games, platforms, and industry trends.
• Experience working with licensing regulations and compliance standards.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
