BettingJobs is thrilled to collaborate with our client, a prominent online bookmaker known for transforming the sports betting and gaming industry, in their search for a Head of Casino based in Malta.

Responsibilities:

• Own the Casino Product and work with C-level executives to define its positioning within the broader product offering.
• Lead the Casino team by prioritising impactful initiatives, setting clear goals, and establishing efficient processes.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to define KPIs and targets across channels and geographies.
• Partner with Marketing to develop and execute campaigns, segment customers, and approve assets.
• Manage the promotional and bonus expenditure budget, ensuring optimal use for a sharp sports player base.
• Continuously evaluate campaigns for improved efficiency and ROI.
• Work with IT to deliver the Casino product roadmap on time and within scope.
• Provide regular performance reports on KPIs and collaborate with Business Intelligence for performance tracking.
• Manage contracts and commercials with suppliers.
• Perform additional duties to support the business’s success.

Requirements:

• Deep understanding of casino player behaviour and industry expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years’ experience in online casino, including product management, team development, and marketing.
• Extensive knowledge of Casino games and providers.
• Proven success in growing an online casino.
• Strong commercial mindset with knowledge of growth metrics and performance management. Data-driven decision-making, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and effectively communicate with exec-level management.
• Ability to cope under pressure and meet deadlines.
