    Head Of Campaign Management

    BettingJobs are currently seeking an experienced CRM and Campaign Management professional to build and lead a world-class CRM team. The Head of Campaign Management will focus on delivering lifecycles, triggered and ad-hoc campaigns that engage the player base.

    This role would suit an individual who has built and managed sizeable CRM teams and functions within the iGaming industry. You will be responsible for: campaign calendar planning, high-volume campaign delivery, real-time reactive campaigns, VIP customer management and promotional budget management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own the CRM Campaign Planning & Management process, ensuring each individual campaign meets customers and business needs.
    • Responsible for designing and implementing CRM Delivery processes which enable the delivery of a high volume, highly targeted campaign calendar to support the ever changing demands of an iGaming business.
    • Evolve and grow the businesses campaign capabilities in collaboration with marketing technology specialists to deliver reactive, real time and highly personalized campaigns.
    • Shape the companies ever changing approach to VIP management to ensure our best customers feel cared for and rewarded. Directly managing a team of account managers, defining the outreach and targeting strategies to deliver effective VIP campaigns.
    • Own and manage the promotional calendar for different customer groups across our main product verticals. Ensuring effective use of promotional budget and optimization of bonus spend.
    • Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to constantly evolve our creative and campaign output across all product verticals.
    • Stay up to date with emerging trends across the CRM & Gaming industry and make recommendations for new campaign approaches and strategies.

    Requirements:

    • Significant experience managing multi-channel CRM & Loyalty programs that drive incremental revenue with experience managing and developing a team.
    • Must have extensive experience across both enterprise and mid-range CRM systems like Braze, Adobe, Iterable, Customer.IO and Bloomreach
    • A deep understanding of sportsbook, casino or lottery customers is required. With experience managing customer marketing across these industries preferred.
    • A track record of optimizing and delivering lifecycles and complex customer segmentation is required.
    • Working experience of personaslition technology like Movable Ink and Taxi4Email are preferred.
    • Strong collaboration and experience influencing and driving senior commercial stakeholder deicions is essential .
    • Great analytical ability to analyse and interpret data to inform decisions is needed with an ability to distill complex topics to varying experience levels and seniority.
    • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced setting.
    • Driven, passionate, and determined, a self-motivator with a knack for problem-solving.
    • Fully proficient in written and verbal English.
