    Head of Campaign Management

    BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth iGaming operator seeking to expand their team with a Head of Campaign Management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Report to the CRM Director, owning the CRM Campaign Planning & Management process to align campaigns with customer and business needs.
    • Design and implement CRM delivery processes to manage a high-volume, targeted campaign calendar for a dynamic iGaming business.
    • Enhance campaign capabilities by collaborating with marketing technology specialists to deliver reactive, real-time, and personalised campaigns.
    • Shape VIP management strategies to reward top customers, leading a team of account managers to execute effective VIP outreach and targeting.
    • Manage the promotional calendar across key product verticals, optimising budget and bonus spend for maximum effectiveness.
    • Work with the wider marketing team to refine creative and campaign outputs.
    • Stay informed on CRM and gaming industry trends, recommending innovative campaign strategies.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years in multi-channel CRM and loyalty program management, with team development experience.
    • Expertise in CRM systems like Braze, Adobe, Iterable, Xtreme Push, or Bloomreach, and experience optimising lifecycle campaigns with complex segmentation.
    • Knowledge of personalisation tools (e.g., Movable Ink, Taxi4Email) preferred.
    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver data-driven insights.
    • Skilled in managing multiple high-priority projects in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passionate, analytical, and self-motivated problem-solver.
    • Fluency in English and willingness to relocate to Costa Rica are essential.
