    Head of Account Management LATAM

    BettingJobs is partnering with a leading multi-product content provider in the iGaming industry in their search for a Head of Account Management LATAM to join their team based remotely in LATAM.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the LATAM Account Management function, maximizing revenues and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
    • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key customers and partners.
    • Recommend and implement profitable initiatives across promotions, sales practices, and portfolio optimization.
    • Monitor customer feedback and market trends, collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Operations to deliver tailored solutions.
    • Define, track, and report KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts to leadership.
    • Lead, coach, and develop the Account Management team, promoting excellence and customer-centricity.
    • Drive initiatives to grow customer lifetime value, enhance account performance, and strengthen regional market leadership.
    • Improve account management frameworks, tools, and best practices for scalability and efficiency.
    • Stay current on LATAM market trends, competitors, and regulations to guide strategy and identify growth opportunities.
    • Represent the company at industry events to boost visibility and pursue partnerships.
    • Liaise with internal teams to address client needs and ensure delivery of value-added solutions.
    • Proactively upsell new products and expand product adoption within existing accounts.
    • Conduct periodic client reviews to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
    • Implement structured account management processes across the region.
    • Lead commercial forecasting and regional planning to support revenue goals.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years’ experience in Account Management, Sales, or Commercial Leadership in iGaming.
    • Highly self-motivated, innovative, and results-driven.
    • Proven leadership experience in target-driven environments.
    • Success managing high-value accounts and driving revenue across multiple (ideally LATAM) markets.
    • Strong understanding of LATAM online gambling trends, key operators, and regulations.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese preferred.
    • Highly organized with strong commercial acumen and ability to manage competing priorities.
    • Willing to travel regionally and internationally.
