    Head of Account Management

    BettingJobs working with a dynamic and innovative game development studio specialising in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games. With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries.

    They are looking for a Head of Account Management to help push the boundaries of entertainment in the iGaming space. You’ll lead a team of 10 AM’s/SAM’s, building and growing relationships with key customers.

    Requirements:

    • Leading a high performing team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers.
    • Defining, implementing and leading on an Account Management strategy going into 2025.
    • Contributing to the wider Commercial Strategy, working closely with the new business and marketing leads.
    • Developing trusting relationships with customers to understand, support and act on their business needs.
    • Instilling data driven decision making in your team, using agreed metrics to manage account performance. In doing so, you will identify opportunities to optimise accounts.
    • You will have significant accountability for revenues and will be the final decision maker on day-to-day commercial negotiations.
    • Driving and maximising revenues via the existing game catalogue and extensive 2025 games roadmap.
    • Building strong relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, coordinating marketing requirements and launch planning with the Head of Game Delivery.
    • Be an ambassador for the company, first point of contact for assigned customers, represent the company at industry and other relevant events.
    • Supporting the team with training and best practice guidance.

    Requirements:

    • Proven B2B account management experience in iGaming, with success in managing key accounts and delivering significant business growth in regulated markets.
    • Excellent knowledge of the iGaming industry, trends, products, markets supported by an extensive client network.
    • You are an experienced team manager and inspirational leader who can support, motivate and develop the growing AM team.
    • A confident decision maker, you will take responsibility and accountability for the performance of your team.
    • Ability to build and execute strategies.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.
    • Proactive approach and a go getter attitude.
    • A team player mindset.
