    Growth Marketing Manager

    Our client, a subsidiary of a leading gaming operator, is seeking talented professionals to join their new office in Tbilisi, Georgia. They are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and execute innovative growth strategies to attract and retain players across diverse markets, prioritising scalable and cost-effective methods.
    • Use data analytics and insights to understand user behaviours and craft highly personalised, high-impact marketing campaigns.
    • Plan, execute, and refine marketing initiatives, including viral campaigns, referral programs, email marketing, and content strategies.
    • Utilise analytics tools to track and optimise campaign performance, ensuring maximum ROI through constant iteration.
    • Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to enhance user journeys and align growth strategies with company objectives.
    • Conduct A/B tests on campaigns and strategies to identify the most effective tactics for acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    • Identify and exploit unconventional growth channels, including partnerships, influencer marketing, social media, and SEO.
    • Develop strategies that foster long-term player engagement, loyalty, and brand advocacy.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role, ideally within the iGaming, tech, or digital entertainment sectors.
    • Strong knowledge of social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing, and email marketing.
    • Proficiency in analytics platforms to measure and optimise campaign performance.
    • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for highly experienced candidates.
    • A knack for developing out-of-the-box solutions to solve growth challenges and seize market opportunities.
    • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills for working with diverse teams.
    • Familiarity with growth marketing platforms and analytics tools.
    • Experience running A/B and multivariate tests to optimise campaigns and user experiences.
    • A solid understanding of SEO/SEM strategies and content marketing trends specific to the iGaming industry.
