BettingJobs is currently recruiting for a leading iGaming supplier. This client is looking to hire a Greek VIP Account Manager to join their team in Cyprus, Bulgaria or Poland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for retention of VIP customers and increase of their lifetime value.

Responsibilities:

• Being able to search and find for solutions of customers’ issues.
• Able to analyse customers’ behaviour and keep a personalised relationship with VIP clients, therefore meeting their needs.
• Monitor customers’ performance & behaviour in order to evaluate bonus crediting.
• Ensure that products’ compliance is being followed according to relevant regulations.
• Previous experience as a Sales agent will be considered as an advantage.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English and Greek both written and spoken.
• Proactive person with good support/sales skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to details.
• Previous experience will be considered as an advantage.
• Hours must be worked during shift business hours (between 8 am and 2 am; 5 days out of 7, including 2 weekends per month).
