Look no further! Our client, a reputable iGaming service provider based in Singapore, is searching for their next Global Head of IT.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure across all office locations.
• Ensure reliable, secure network architecture, server management, data storage, and backup solutions.
• Standardize IT infrastructure and tools for uniformity, efficiency, and improved workspace automation.
• Implement ITIL best practices, manage daily IT operations, and ensure cybersecurity compliance.
• Develop and manage the IT budget, negotiate vendor contracts, and ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Collaborate with departments, communicate IT strategies, and manage IT projects to completion.
• Lead and mentor IT teams in multiple locations, fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.
• Stay updated with IT trends, integrate new technologies, and continuously seek improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in IT infrastructure management and workspace automation, with 5+ years in leadership.
• Experience managing global IT teams and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices, network architecture, server management, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Singapore.
• Fluency in French is required in order to communicate with French speaking colleagues.
