BettingJobs are working with a multi casino operator. They are seeking a German speaking VIP Manager to add to their team based remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Inbound and outbound communicating with VIP customers using the appropriate channels.
• Build relationships with VIPs by creating player profiles, road mapping players and showing acute attention to detail.
• Identify potential VIPs from acquisition and ensure they are managed effectively to maximise player value and reduce risk of churn.
• Monitor VIP player(s) betting frequency and latency to identify significant changes in behaviour patterns and design communications and processes to help prevent these players from churning.
• Attend VIP Hosting events to build and further establish personal relationships and rapport with VIP members to ensure their continued loyalty to the company.

Requirements:

• Experience within the Online Gaming Industry essential.
• Previous experience within a VIP role preferable.
• Native German language skills
• Knowledge and passion for gaming essential.
• Ability to pick up processes and VIP handling methods quickly essential.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate in a pleasant, polite manner via telephone and email are essential.
• Excellent written and spoken English essential.
• Approachable manner with the ability to build rapport with VIP members preferable.
• Previous experience of attending hosting events preferable.
