    Gaming Operations Manager

    BettingJobs are working with a newly launched iGaming brand within an organization that already has market-leading presence in multiple African countries, who are looking for a Gaming Operations Manager to join their team.



    • Collaborating with the Head of Gaming to set strategy and objectives, define the product road map and promotional offerings and then executing these objectives.
    • Introducing a new gamification and CRM system to elevate the customer offering and the players user experience.
    • Introducing innovate gamification tools that will ensure optimal retention and player values while give the brand a niche offering.
    • Effectively direct and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure that promotions, content, and the brand are promoted successfully and cost efficiently.
    • Have a firm understanding of the numbers and of player values to ensure efficient cost of acquisition.
      Collaborate with the CRM, BI & VIP Analysts, as well as country specialists in each of the markets, on promotional mechanics to ensure effective use of budget.
    • Regular reporting to senior stakeholders and regional teams on the success of campaigns, demonstrating a deep understanding of what motivates customers.



    • Knowledge and experience of end-to-end Casino Operations, including but not limited to Casino, Payments, Marketing, Regulations, Affiliation, Data, and CRM
    • At least 3 years’ experience within the gaming industry in a product management capacity.
    • An understanding of the landscape of the gaming market in Africa.
    • Sufficient technical knowledge to be a significant contributor to our gaming and promotional bonus engine.
    • Thorough knowledge of gaming promotional offerings available presently in the industry.
    • Strong team player, who enjoys a collaborative environment.
