BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth B2B supplier and games studio who specialize in high quality design. Seeking to expand their remote based team with the addition of a Game Server Developer.

Responsibilities:

• Implement secured and bug free code, prevent fraud, and comply with iGaming regulations.
• Work together in a group, to create a fully working game. You will be closely collaborating with Mathematicians and Client Developers to develop a designed game logic.
• Identify and resolve server issues, optimizing for performance and reliability.
• Take part in designing and planning meetings. Have the opportunity to influence the final look of the product. Experience the full cycle of creation.
• Create Unit Tests and run simulations to assure that everything works as intended.

Requirements:

• A university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines; or relevant professional experience.
• Self-motivated and very proactive being able to make decisions based on product priorities.
• Good knowledge of source code management systems (Git, SVN etc.).
• Experience in Java and Go (must have).
• Worked in a similar role for at least 3+ years.
• Professional experience with Statically Typing and Multi-paradigm languages.
• Ability to write clean, readable and performant code.
• Knowledge of coding patterns.
• Good at debugging and optimization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Possess strong math skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Located in a Central European Time zone (or similar)
