BettingJobs is seeking a Football Trading Manager for a high-profile client based in their Hong Kong office. As a Football Trading Manager, you will be responsible for managing the Football offering.

This role would suit an experienced sports trader with strong management skills, comprehensive football knowledge, and a passion for the sport.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the effective management and trading of events as well as customer management
• Manage and develop trading team members to drive team performance and profitability
• Prepare and deliver training to different levels of traders
• Communicate the financial performance of the business and make recommendations to improve the product offering
• Develop relationships with internal and external partners
• Take the initiative with strategic activities
• Available to work evenings and weekends in line with business needs

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge and understanding of a range of sports and sports wagering
• Comprehensive Football betting knowledge
• Significant trading management experience
• Significant experience in odds compilation and trading, preferably experienced with In-play trading
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Open to working collaboratively with people from different cultures
• Strong understanding of technology and betting systems
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
