BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth iGaming operator seeking to expand their team with a proactive Finance Operations Manager.

This role is remote based from the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
• Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Handle audits, tax filings, and liaise with external auditors.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Optimize financial performance through cost management and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

• ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the iGaming or technology sectors.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance in iGaming.
• Proficient in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with alternative currencies at international level.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
