BettingJobs are working with a very established and successful iGaming platform provider. They have their main HQ based in Malta and hundreds of employees worldwide. They are looking for a Finance Executive (Receivables) to join their finance team in Malta and work hybrid in their office there.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and strengthening the Receivables function and offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail to contribute to the success of their organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Daily PSP Reconciliations
- Monthly PSP and E-wallet Reconciliations
- Posting of B2C revenue and player’s account movements.
- Monthly Game provider and Jackpot reconciliations.
- Handling of PSP settlements, top ups.
- Assisting the payments team with any missing transactions.
- Calculate and issue customer invoices
- Liaising with account managers and being a point of contact for client queries
- Credit control related tasks. Track outstanding invoices and follow up on pending payments.
- Accounting for various taxes and licence fees payable to gaming regulators.
- Assist with month-end review and reporting
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivables.
- Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Business Central would be considered an asset.
- Have advanced working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail is crucial
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Being proactive, ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
