BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth operator seeking to expand their San José team with the addition of an Executive Assistant. This role is only suitable for someone highly organized, proactive and who can spin many plates at once.
As the Executive Assistant, you will assist in planning and co-ordinating key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met as well as staying up-to-date with trends and developments in the iGaming industry to provide informed support.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and review correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating key projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Maintain records, process expense reports, and handle confidential documents.
- Organize company meetings, team-building activities, and special events.
- Stay up to date with trends and developments in the iGaming industry to provide informed support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in tech, gaming, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite) and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Familiarity with the iGaming industry and its unique demands is a plus.
