    Events & Brand Activity Coordinator

    Our client, a subsidiary of a leading gaming operator, is seeking talented professionals to join their new office in Tbilisi, Georgia. They are currently looking for an Events & Brand Activity Coordinator to join their team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute brand events, including press conferences, sponsorship activations, product launches, and influencer-driven promotions.
    • Develop detailed event plans covering budgets, timelines, and resources in alignment with marketing strategies.
    • Manage logistics: venue selection, supplier contracts, travel, AV setup, signage, and catering.
    • Oversee sponsorship activations and ensure brand integrations meet quality standards and resonate with local audiences.
    • Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and VIPs to align event themes and messaging with their personas for impactful engagements.
    • Organize press events, handle media accreditation, and coordinate interviews and live coverage to enhance brand exposure.
    • Ensure event elements align with brand guidelines, cultural sensitivities, and regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor on-site activities, manage teams, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless guest experience.
    • Track KPIs (engagement, ROI, sentiment) and deliver post-event reports with actionable insights.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field with 3–5 years’ experience in brand events or sponsorships, preferably in entertainment, sports, or gaming.
    • Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
    • Excellent interpersonal communication; willingness to travel across India and adapt to regional nuances.
    • Familiarity with social media and PR strategies is a plus.
