BettingJobs is excited to partner with our client, a leading iGaming operator, in their search for a Danish Speaking Customer Support Agent to join their team in Malta. Originally founded in 2012, our client has rapidly grown to become a prominent brand in the iGaming sector, now employing over 2,500 staff across 16 countries globally.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure excellent customer support.
- Provide specialized support by solving problems that the frontline team is unable to resolve.
- Offer cross-countries support in English, when necessary.
- Identify and highlight opportunities for process improvement.
- Conduct daily calls for alignment and improvement initiatives.
- Communication with customers if/ when needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in online customer service or BackOffice roles.
- Product knowledge will be considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
- Active listening skills.
- Proficiency in PC skills and MS Office, G-Suite.
- Advanced communication skills.
- Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays (excluding night shifts).
- Fluency in Danish and English.
