    Display Marketing Manager

    BettingJobs are working with a leading iGaming/sportsbook operator that target the UK market amongst several others. They have their main HQ based in Gibraltar where they are planning to expand their Digital Marketing team at a rapid rate as we go into 2025. They are currently looking for a Display Marketing Manager to join their team.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and mentor a team of display marketing executives, aligning their goals with the strategy. Foster collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
    • Plan and execute data-driven display marketing campaigns across paid social, programmatic, and in-app channels. Focus on key metrics like CAC, ROI, and engagement rates.
    • Collaborate with brand, creative, and user acquisition teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with broader marketing initiatives.
    • Explore new platforms, technologies, and strategies to enhance display marketing and maintain competitiveness.
    • Optimise the display marketing budget, monitoring spend vs. performance to achieve the best ROI.
    • Analyse campaign data to evaluate success, generate insights, and guide future strategies. Present performance reports to senior management.
    • Build strong partnerships with external vendors to maximise value and implement advanced advertising technologies.
    • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal policies, maintaining campaign efficiency and compliance.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on display advertising, programmatic buying, and paid social.
    • Proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns and driving business growth.
    • Leadership experience with team development and goal achievement.
    • Expertise in ad tech platforms (e.g., DSPs, programmatic tools, Facebook Ads, Google Display).
    • Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
    • Collaborative and cross-functional teamwork capabilities.
    • Industry knowledge in sports betting, gaming, or entertainment is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
