    Display Marketing Executive

    BettingJobs are working with a leading iGaming/sportsbook operator that target the UK market amongst several others. They have their main HQ based in Gibraltar where they are planning to expand their Digital Marketing team at a rapid rate as we go into 2025. They are currently looking for a Display Marketing Executive to join their team.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Execute and manage display marketing campaigns across programmatic, paid social, and in-app channels. Oversee campaign setup, performance monitoring, and adjustments to optimise results.
    • Monitor key metrics (e.g., clicks, conversions) to refine targeting, bidding, and creatives. Implement data-driven adjustments to meet KPIs.
    • Support budget management by tracking spend, ensuring alignment with resources, and recommending reallocations based on ROI.
    • Conduct keyword research and create targeted ads in collaboration with Acquisition Managers. Assist in A/B testing to refine creative effectiveness.
    • Work with creative, brand, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaigns. Share insights and contribute to future strategies.
    • Provide performance reports with actionable insights for senior team members, leveraging tools like Google Analytics to track success.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and innovative tools or strategies.
    • Ensure campaigns follow industry standards, including proper structures, tracking, and bidding strategies. Stay updated on digital marketing trends.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, especially in display, PPC, or programmatic advertising.
    • Familiarity with platforms like Google Display Network, Facebook Ads, and DSPs.
    • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
    • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and Excel.
    • Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
    • Experience with A/B testing; knowledge of sports betting or gaming is a plus.
    • Detail-oriented and adept in fast-paced environments.
