    Director of Casino

    BettingJobs are currently seeking a Director of Casino for a growing iGaming company in their San José, Costa Rica office.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Own full P&L responsibility for the Casino vertical, including GGR, NGR, Actives, Deposits, and Wagering targets.
    • Develop and execute strategies to maximise player value, retention, and lifetime engagement across multiple casino brands.
    • Optimise promotions, jackpots, bonuses, and campaigns to drive conversion, retention, and ROI.
    • Forecast, track, and report performance metrics with actionable insights for senior leadership.
    • Manage all platform and provider relationships, covering contracts, invoicing, reporting, and performance.
    • Ensure operational readiness for new launches, campaigns, and game integrations.
    • Lead marketing initiatives across acquisition, retention, and reactivation funnels.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, VIP, Affiliates, Creative, SEO, Social, Customer Service, and Data teams to enhance performance and player experience.
    • Curate and evolve the game portfolio, balancing top-performing titles with new releases.
    • Segment players by value and behavior to deliver targeted campaigns and tailored offers.
    • Define unique positioning, visual identity, and promotional calendars for each casino brand.
    • Partner with development and creative teams to enhance UX, retention features, and promotional impact.
    • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Casino team focused on executional excellence and data-driven decision-making.
    • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns and initiatives.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years in senior-level online casino management or operations within iGaming.
    • Proven success driving revenue, retention, and engagement in multi-brand casino environments.
    • Strong understanding of casino product, promotions, jackpots, CRM, and player segmentation.
    • Deep commercial acumen with experience managing third-party platforms and provider relationships.
    • Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategy.
    • Demonstrated experience collaborating across marketing, CRM, and product teams.
    • Highly organised, decisive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
