BettingJobs is currently working with an established iGaming company based in Malta who are seeking a Digital Performance Manager to join their team. The Digital Performance Manager will be responsible for analysing data and reviewing historical performance to develop plans and drive the business.

The Digital Performance Manager role would be suited to someone with strong analytical skills who has experience working in the iGaming industry.

Responsibilities:

• Develop effective business KPIs which measure the drivers of business; adapt and tailor communication style and depth to ensure stakeholders can interpret and act on key messages.
• Develop scalable and automated reporting frameworks to enable digital managers and business owners to analyse trading performance and identify trends.
• Own the monthly digital performance process including the ideation and creation of a new monthly performance pack providing an overview of business performance, highlighting any opportunities for growth.
• Support business leaders on P&L performance “deep dives”, delivering actionable insights for performance improvement.
• Provide high quality analysis to support the digital optimisation testing program.
• Prioritise the Digital BI roadmap to gain greater understanding of business opportunities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ business performance, operations, trading or analytics experience.
• Experience in the iGaming industry.
• Knowledge of SQL and understanding of data structures and database understanding.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of the core business metrics and KPIs.
• Experience of manipulating, analysing and synthesising data from different sources.
• Experience of using Analytics UI e.g. Tableau.
• Outstanding communication, leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to explain complex pieces of analysis in simple business relatable terms.
• Ability to organise, prioritise and manage multiple projects.
