BettingJobs is partnering with a new brand launching in Nigeria, this is a senior level role which will help set-up and run their operation. They are looking for a Designer to join their team based in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality visuals for social media (static posts, stories, carousels, videos and stories thumbnails, etc.).
• Create advertising creatives for digital platforms (display banners, sponsored posts, animated ads, etc.).
• Develop visuals for internal and external campaigns (posters, flyers, backdrops, packaging, POS material, etc.).
• Collaborate with the content, social media, and video production teams to deliver cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Ensure all visuals respect the brand identity and maintain visual consistency across all channels (intern and extern)
• Adapt global campaigns to the local market while staying true to the brand’s tone and style.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and bring bold creative ideas.
• Keep up to date with design trends, competitor campaigns, and the visual codes of the African and European sports & entertainment audience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in entertainment, sports, or online gaming or in a creative agency that did work in these industries.
• Excellent knowledge of the creative software’s (Adobe creative suite and more)
• Knowledges of the video software’s is a plus for this job.
• Creative, autonomous, and proactive. We want someone who brings bold ideas to the table.
• Passionate about sports, sports betting, and the digital world.
• Ability to work fast under pressure.
• Fluent in English (knowledge of a local language or another international language is a plus).
