BettingJobs are working with a full-service marketing agency that helps clients’ brands grow through smart, creative, and data-backed campaigns. They are currently looking for a Designer to join their team based Remotely.

Responsibilities:

• Develop digital assets for social media, email campaigns, web platforms, and marketing initiatives
• Create web layouts, image editing, and preparation of creative assets
• Follow established brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all channels
• Support the creative team with feedback implementation and revision cycles
• Organise and maintain design files, ensuring they are accessible and up-to-date
• Research and incorporate current design trends into ongoing projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development
• Ensure that final deliverables are high-quality, properly formatted, and optimised for various platforms

Requirements:

• Clear and effective communicator in English—both written and verbal
• Diploma or certificate in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related creative field
• Proficient in Raster and Vector work using design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Comfortable creating and editing images for social media, web, and email platforms
• Experience with short-form video tools such as CapCut, After Effects, or Premiere Pro to deliver dynamic digital content
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tools like Midjourney, Sora, Google Labs, or Adobe Firefly to enhance and streamline creative production
• Solid understanding of core design principles, including layout, typography, colour theory, and composition
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to take direction and contribute ideas in a team

• Highly organised and capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
• A portfolio (academic, personal, or professional) that demonstrates creative potential and versatility
