BettingJobs is excited to partner with our client, a leading iGaming operator, in their search for an Affiliate Manager to join their well-established team in Malta.
Originally founded in 2012, our client has rapidly grown to become a prominent brand in the iGaming sector, now employing over 2,500 staff across 16 countries globally.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire and negotiate new partnerships, optimize deals.
- Identify and launch new acquisition channels and campaigns.
- Generate regular business and performance reports.
- Implement promotional campaigns and growth strategies.
- Monitor performance, track KPIs, and manage reporting presentations.
- Provide proactive account management and revenue-boosting solutions.
- Manage ad-serving, campaign tracking, and affiliate CRM platforms.
- Monetize partnerships, allocate budgets, and oversee commissions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market changes.
- Develop incentive programs and maintain affiliate relationships.
- Provide platform training and support.
- Identify opportunities for ad-hoc growth initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 2+ years in Affiliate Marketing, ideally in iGaming/Sports/Casino.
- Native level Danish proficiency; fluent English communication.
- Based in Malta.
- Skilled in Influence Marketing, with strong numeracy and cost control.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets for data-driven decisions.
- Deep knowledge of commercial models, local markets, and marketing techniques.
- Strong analytical, brand awareness, and growth strategy skills.
- Effective team collaborator, quick learner, and data-based decision-maker.
