The Data Analytics & BI Specialist will be responsible for transforming the data available into actionable insight. This will assist with decision-making, developing strategies and enhance the overall customer experience.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced data analytics professional, with a strong knowledge of the iGaming industry, to significantly influence the success of a rapidly growing Casino and Sportsbook.

Responsibilities:

• Data Mastery: Collect, clean, and analyse data from various sources, including player behaviour, transactions, and game performance.
• BI Dashboards: Design and maintain intuitive, real-time dashboards that provide key stakeholders with actionable insights.
• Trend Spotting: Identify patterns and trends to optimize player acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Performance Tracking: Develop KPIs and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, promotions, and platform features.
• Predictive Insights: Use advanced analytics to forecast player behaviours, market trends, and revenue opportunities.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and VIP teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Data Storytelling: Present complex analyses in a clear, compelling way to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Proven Experience: 3+ years in data analytics, BI, or a related role, in the gaming or crypto industries.
• Crypto Knowledge: Understanding of blockchain technology and crypto-related data flows is a plus.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
• Communication Skills: You can translate data into insights that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for accuracy and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
