BettingJobs is partnering with our client, a leading technology brand within the iGaming industry, in their search for a Data Analyst based in Limassol.

The successful candidate’s main focus will be crafting and optimizing SQL queries to analyse gaming metrics and inform decision-making across the company.

Responsibilities:

• Work with structured data to track and analyse key gaming metrics.
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract business-relevant data.
• Analyse critical metrics like Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR), player activity, bonus usage, and churn rate.
• Document your findings and query logic with clarity.
• Collaborate with data and business teams to provide precise, actionable insights.
• Prepare and present data reports to stakeholders, offering insights that make a difference.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in SQL and database management (pgAdmin, DBeaver, or similar tools).
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multiple data tables (players, transactions, games, bets).
• Ability to interpret large datasets and deliver actionable insights.
• Great communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with iGaming platforms is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in iGaming or a similar data analytics role.
• Knowledge of iGaming metrics like GGR, net deposits, bonus usage, and player behaviour.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus.
