    Danish Marketing Manager

    BettingJobs is currently seeking a Danish Marketing Manager to join the team of an established sports betting platform based in St Albans. The Danish Marketing Manager would be responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy for the Danish website of an industry leading company.

    The role would be suited to an individual with experience working as a marketing manager who has a strong understanding of the Danish market who is eager to develop their career in iGaming.


    • Work with the Head of Marketing, Directors and other members of the Senior Management Team to execute the marketing strategy.
    • Collaborate with the UK Marketing Team and external agencies to ensure that all Danish advertising and customer CRM content uses messaging and imagery which is likely to appeal to the Danish market.
    • Help find and onboard affiliate partners, contribute ideas and ensure all email and advertising copy used feels local and appeals to Danish customers.
    • Take ownership of our internal translation management system to ensure correct and appropriate translations are stored for all terms on the Danish trading site.
    • Oversee emails, phone calls and live chat queries from Danish clients, working with the UK Customer Services Team to ensure that all such queries and questions are responded to effectively.
    • Manage all content on the Danish site and social media channels, ensuring content meets regulatory requirements and ensuring consistency across the brand.
    • Oversee the layout of information on the Danish trading platform and mobile sports apps, ensuring events are advertised and information is displayed consistently.
    • Stay informed with the latest changes in the laws and regulations concerning the gaming and media landscape in Denmark.
    • Help compile any periodic competitor analysis reports of the Danish market and make suggestions regarding gaps in products or services.


    • Experience working in the sports betting industry as a marketing manager.
    • Thorough understanding of the local media landscape including relationships with media owners and publishers.
    • Knowledge regarding the market regulation and it’s compliance demands.
    • Hands on creative development experience.
    • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.
    • Strong understanding of Danish demographics, culture, and media consumer.
    • Strong teamwork skills and ability to work with internal and external agencies and business partners.
    • Strong initiative and good time management skills.
    • Excellent analytical skills, written and verbal communication, Excel and PowerPoint presentation skills.
    • Proficiency in Danish and English.
