    CVM Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a leading UK online gaming operator who are looking to add a CVM Manager to their fast paced and high performing team based in Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Shape and implement cross-sell and upsell campaigns that are both strategic and tactical, aiming to build strong, 1:1 relationship with customers through personalised generosity and preferences.
    • Identify high-impact investment opportunities informed by data, focusing on sustainable, long-term growth.
    • Prioritise a customer-first approach, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the overall strategy for the company, with a strong emphasis on customer safety and trust.
    • Work closely with the wider CVM and other teams to drive projects forward, sharing insights and fostering a culture of testing, learning, and optimisation to continually improve the effectiveness of each campaign and overall cross-sell and upsell programmes.

    Requirements:

    • Solid experience working in Customer Value Management, commercial marketing, or analytics roles, with a focus on customer strategies and performance improvement.
    • Strong background in creating and delivering customer lifecycle strategies, covering acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, drive performance, and work effectively with key stakeholders across the business.
    • Exposure to using AI and machine learning in a commercial setting—able to identify opportunities, test solutions, and support ongoing improvements.
    • Understanding of the Sportsbook industry, including customer behaviour, product knowledge, and regulatory awareness.
    • Comfortable working in a matrixed business with multiple departments or regions, and experienced in aligning local and central goals.
