BettingJobs are excited to be working with a growing Crypto Casino who is seeking a Customer Support & VIP Agent to join their team on a remote basis. The Customer Support & VIP Agent will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer service to players as well as growing and managing the VIP program.
The Customer Support & VIP Agent role will be best suited to an individual with prior experience in managing high-value customers, ideally from a crypto or iGaming background.
Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class support to players, resolving queries with speed and precision across live chat, email, and other channels.
- Identify areas to improve and streamline customer support workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Stay updated on games, promotions, and policies, ensuring players get accurate and helpful information every time.
- Gather insights from customers to help refine our platform and offerings.
- Manage and grow the VIP program, ensuring our top-tier players receive the recognition they deserve.
- Build strong, personalized relationships with VIPs, offering exclusive rewards, experiences, and support.
- Anticipate player needs and proactively address them, keeping VIP players loyal and engaged.
- Track VIP performance and behaviours, using data to optimize their experience and increase retention.
Requirements:
