    Customer Support Agent (Bahasa)

    The successful candidate will focus on delivering outstanding customer via live chat and email- in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will be part of a 24/7 customer support operation, working on a rotational shift basis, with hybrid flexibility for night shifts based on experience and company policies.

    Responsibilities:

    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat and email
    • Identify and escalate suspicious activity to maintain platform safety and trust
    • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions for quality assurance and tracking
    • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and overall customer satisfaction
    • Support a variety of clients, workflows, and markets as required
    • Meet individual and team performance goals in line with standards
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and consistent delivery

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in English, with excellent written communication skills
    • Proficiency in Bahasa (Indonesian) is a strong advantage
    • 0-1 year of experience in customer support or a similar role; familiarity with support tools is a plus
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic communication style
    • Quick learner, open to feedback, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
    • Required to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as part of a 24/7 support schedule
    • Hybrid flexibility is available for night shifts, based on experience and in line with
    • company policies and operational requirements
    • This is a primarily onsite position, with certain night shifts eligible for remote work depending on performance and tenure
