    Customer Service Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a rapid growth iGaming operator seeking to expand their team with a Customer Service Manager to join their team in San Jose.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee all communication channels for prompt and professional responses to inquiries.
    • Effectively address and resolve customer complaints ensuring high satisfaction.
    • Continuously enhance service processes for efficiency.
    • Implement programs to monitor and improve the quality of customer interactions.
    • Provide regular reports to management on service performance, issues, needs, and trends.

    Requirements:

    • Proven customer service management experience, preferably in sports betting or gaming.
    • Strong knowledge of sports betting and sportsbook operations.
    • Exceptional problem-solving, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience.
