    Customer Service Agent – Night Shift

    BettingJobs is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent – Night Shift to join the team of an established iGaming company based in Costa Rica. As a Customer Service Agent – Night Shift, you would be responsible for providing support to customers and efficiently handling queries.

    The Customer Service Agent – Night Shift role would be well suited to an individual with strong communication skills who has experience working in sportsbook or online casino and is interested in developing their knowledge in a dynamic and fast-growing company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Handle internal and external written communication.
    • Work within highly efficient team to ensure that customers get the best customer experience possible.
    • Provide support to customers via Live Chat and Emails.
    • Guide customers through the site and/or mobile phones and assist them in using the various services and products offered.
    • Drive brand loyalty through a personalised customer experience.
    • Pragmatically resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
    • Correctly escalate issues to internal teams.
    • Develop Customer Support department by sharing knowledge, contributing to team projects and finding new and innovating practices to benefit the business.
    • Drive business success and act as the voice of customers by providing feedback and innovative ideas.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    • Ability to work in a team.
    • Flexibility to work shifts between 22:00 to 06:00.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and good attention to detail.
    • Experience working in a Customer Service environment.
    • Experience working in the iGaming industry is an advantage.
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment where multitasking is an essential skill.
    • Managed queries through multiple customer service channels, e.g. email, social media, in app chat, phone
    • Comfortable resolving customer problems efficiently.
    • A desire to continuously challenge and grow as an individual.
