BettingJobs is working with a gaming operator who are looking for a CS/VIP Agent to join their team to work on a new social casino project.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the players receive outstanding support and personalized attention. You’ll act as the go-to resource for the most valued customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term loyalty.
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer support via email, live chat, and other channels, ensuring timely and effective resolution of player issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for VIP players, building strong relationships and understanding their gaming preferences.
- Proactively monitor player activity to identify potential VIPs and create strategies to retain and engage them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and tech) to improve the player experience and resolve any technical or service-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, promotions, and crypto gaming trends to provide informed assistance and recommendations.
- Track and report on key metrics, including player satisfaction, retention rates, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a similar role (experience in gaming or crypto industries is a strong plus).
- Exceptional communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays, as needed.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and a knack for building rapport.
- Be in a UTC -4 or -6 timezone to work with US players.
