    Crypto Community Manager

    BettingJobs are working with an Online Sportsbook and Casino Operator within the iGaming industry, who are looking to add a Crypto Community Manager to their team based in Dubai.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage and grow the company’s presence across Telegram, Discord, X (Twitter), Reddit, and other relevant platforms.
    • Develop and execute strategies to increase community participation, engagement, and retention.
    • Moderate discussions, answer queries, and maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe environment.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create content (announcements, AMAs, updates, guides, contests) tailored for the crypto betting community.
    • Be the voice of the brand—ensuring consistent tone and messaging across channels.
    • Identify and amplify community-generated content to showcase authentic user experiences.
    • Act as a bridge between players, influencers, and internal teams—sharing community insights, feedback, and trends to improve products and campaigns.
    • Support promotions, partnerships, and affiliate initiatives by activating community participation.
    • Organize and host events such as live chats, tournaments, giveaways, and community challenges to boost activity and visibility.
    • Build and nurture relationships with crypto and betting influencers, KOLs, and brand advocates.
    • Track engagement metrics, campaign performance, and community sentiment.
    • Provide regular reports and actionable insights to leadership.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience managing online communities, preferably within crypto, iGaming, or fintech.
    • Deep understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and online betting/casino environments.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
    • Proficiency with community management tools (Telegram/Discord bots, analytics dashboards, scheduling tools).
    • Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and execute engagement campaigns.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a passion for building relationships.
    • Flexibility to work across different time zones and respond to urgent community needs.
