Responsibilities:

• Initiating and planning the roadmap for campaigns across all markets.
• Creating and approving campaign briefs with relevant stakeholders.
• Daily monitoring of KPIs and player engagement through CRM communications and adjusting campaigns to optimize performance.
• Efficient use of all CRM channels and systems to maximize campaign impact.
• Precisely targeting customer segments for each promotion using various communication channels.
• Testing promotions and ensuring compliance and UX excellence.
• Identifying and exploiting opportunities to increase revenue and enhance player experience.
• Participating in meetings with internal teams to report on campaign progress and future plans.

• Strong experience in data analysis and implementing marketing campaigns in a CRM system.
