    CRM Specialist

    BettingJobs is working with a prominent online casino and sportsbook dedicated to providing an unparalleled betting experience. They are currently searching for an experienced CRM Specialist to join their friendly team based remotely in Asia.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish and optimise cross-functional CRM workflows, ensuring effective communication with product, design, data, and risk teams.
    • Develop and execute regional marketing and user retention strategies based on local market behaviour and preferences.
    • Design and implement personalised promotions, reward mechanisms, and loyalty programs aligned with business goals.
    • Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth campaign execution, with clearly defined goals, KPIs, and evaluation criteria.
    • Collaborate with the data team to create effective customer segmentation strategies and define required data fields and tracking events.
    • Draft clear and structured creative briefs and work closely with designers to deliver campaign assets that align with brand identity.
    • Create and continuously improve CRM content, including marketing copy, campaign pages, and related assets to enhance local user appeal.
    • Analyse campaign performance and leverage data insights to optimise activities, boost user engagement, and increase repeat purchases.
    • Ensure all CRM activities are compliant with relevant market regulations and responsible gaming standards.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in CRM strategy and execution within the iGaming or online betting industry.
    • Strong understanding of customer behaviour, lifecycle marketing, and user retention strategies across multiple regions.
    • Demonstrated success in designing and executing personalised promotions, reward campaigns, and loyalty programs.
    • Ability to draft structured promotional requests with clear objectives, metrics, and risk assessments.
    • In-depth understanding of customer segmentation strategies, capable of providing standardised field and event requirements to data teams.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with design and tech teams to drive execution.
    • Extensive experience in CRM copywriting and campaign content creation, with a strong grasp of localisation and user psychology.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, with the ability to make basic page adjustments.
    • Strong data mindset and analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from user data.
    • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Familiarity with gambling regulations and responsible gaming standards across markets is a plus.
