    CRM Manager

    BettingJobs are working with an expanding sports betting operator who are looking to hire a CRM manager to join their team.

    Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for the creation and management of bonuses and promotional content from the back-office systems, including day-to-day operational tasks such as promotional payouts and campaign execution.
    • Responsible for management of promotional content within the Back office.
    • Maintain player engagement, in both automated lifecycles and AD-HOC communications via email, SMS and push notifications & more.
    • Able to Liaise with senior product managers on performance of campaigns.
    • Ability to run regular testing of the products & promotions, including daily automation checks.
    • Support in the delivery and management of the automated lifecycles, as well as wider promotional activity.
    • Strong understanding of CRM legislation and codes of practice.
    • Fluent in the analysis and presentation of data.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to present ideas.
    • Keep up with industry best practices to ensure the company stay ahead of the game. This includes compliance requirements.

    Requirements:
    • Have an operational understanding of iGaming, including experience in using a variety of back-office systems. Previous experience in either Marketing or CS role within iGaming would be an advantage.
    • Have experience with Optimove CRM software.
    • Have an understanding of HTML.
    • Have excellent organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
    • Knowledge and understanding of iGaming.
    • Fluent level of English in both written and verbal mediums.
