    BettingJobs is partnering with a leading provider of cutting-edge gambling software solutions in their search for a CRM Manager to join their team in Malta.

    The CRM Manager is perfect for someone with strong expertise in CRM strategies, especially in online casinos and sportsbooks. They will lead targeted marketing campaigns and loyalty programs, using data analysis and marketing automation to drive customer engagement and retention while ensuring a personalized player experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement a CRM strategy tailored to casino and sportsbook customers.
    • Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to align CRM with business goals.
    • Use data analytics to create customer profiles, segments, and personalized campaigns.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).
    • Enhance customer journeys through automated workflows and optimized touchpoints.
    • Develop and manage loyalty programs, analyzing and adjusting for better engagement.
    • Monitor CRM metrics (CLTV, churn rate, ROI) and report insights to stakeholders.
    • Ensure CRM strategies align with product roadmaps and comply with regulations.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine CRM efforts.
    • Implement customer feedback processes to drive continuous improvement.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience in CRM management, with at least 3 years in the online gaming or betting industry.
    • Strong experience with CRM tools and platforms (Fast Track, Optimove, Symplify).
    • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics).
    • Experience with marketing automation tools and techniques.
    • Ability to interpret complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and effectiveness.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
    • A deep understanding of customer behaviour within the online gaming and sportsbook sectors, with a passion for enhancing customer experiences.
    • In-depth understanding of online casino and sportsbook markets, player motivations, and emerging trends.
    • Ability to develop innovative campaign ideas and strategies that resonate with different customer segments.
