    CRM Manager

    BettingJobs is working with an exciting Crypto Casino who are seeking to hire a talented CRM Manager to join their team remotely. Relocation to Taiwan is also an option.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies for the B2C crypto casino brand.
    • Utilise data-driven insights to create personalized marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention and engagement.
    • Implement and optimize CRM tools and software to streamline customer interactions and enhance the overall customer experience.
    • Collaborate with marketing, technical and product teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to customer relationship management.
    • Analyse customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for targeted campaigns.
    • Design and manage loyalty programs and incentives to foster long-term customer relationships.
    • Regularly analyse, monitor, and report on CRM performance metrics, making data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our CRM strategies remain innovative and effective.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a CRM management role within the iGaming industry.
    • Strong understanding of CRM software and tools, hands-on experience in platforms like Optimove, Fast Track, or similar is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
    • Knowledge of the crypto and online gaming industry is a significant advantage.
    • Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Experience working for an iGaming start-up and growing a newly launched brand.
