    CRM Manager

    BettingJobs is working with a new casino and sportsbook operator within the Mexican market who are seeking a CRM Manager to join their team based remotely in Europe.

    Responsibilities:

    • Planning & delivering CRM strategies, encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
    • Deciding on the structure of a chosen CRM platform structure and ensuring it works seamlessly across each arm of business operations.
    • Ensuring the CRM platform captures all required information at key points in the customer cycle.
    • Customer Journey Mapping – Analysing touch points within the organization and capitalizing on commercial opportunities.
    • Monitoring and maximising customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability and positive customer experience.
    • Plan & manage social activity.
    • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
    • Migrating different communication channels to more effective, cost-worthy ones.
    • Developing strategies for testing all aspects of a CRM and making sure the most effective approach to customer relationships is always taken.
    • Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively across all aspects.
    • Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly.
    • Acknowledging individual customer concerns and needs and then catering to them.

    Key Requirements:

    • Experience in Gaming Monetization
    • Strong English written/verbal communication skills
    • Team player, responsible and trustworthy, comfortable working in matrix environments
    • Fast learner, enthusiastic, Initiative and creative
    • Experience in a gaming company- advantage
    • Ability to work during unconventional working hours, when required
    • Analytical, data-driven and well-versed with Excel.
    • Detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic and fast-paced working environments.
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
