BettingJobs is working with a crypto and fiat casino operator looking to add a CRM Manager to its all-remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all CRM operations using Optimove (must-have).
• Build and execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns that boost engagement, retention, and player value.
• Analyse campaign performance, segment audiences, and continuously optimize results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive player communication.
• Maintain a strong understanding of compliance and player behaviour in both crypto and fiat gaming environments.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing CRM for an online casino, sportsbook, or gaming operator.
• Hands-on experience with Optimove is essential.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote, fast-paced setting.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
• Experience with the Turkish market.
• Comfortable being paid in cryptocurrency (USDT or other major coins).

Nice to Haves:

• Turkish language skills (spoken or written).
• Experience with other CRM, marketing automation, or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with retention strategies and VIP segmentation within iGaming.
• Understanding of crypto payments, wallets, and blockchain-based loyalty programs.
• Experience collaborating with remote and cross-cultural teams.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, or customer data flows.
