    CRM Manager

    BettingJobs is partnering with an online casino company that is looking to expand its team by hiring a CRM Manager.

    The successful candidate will report directly to the VP of Marketing, manage a growing team, and collaborate closely with the broader leadership team to manage and elevate the customer experience.

    Responsibilities:

    • Establish a data-driven retention philosophy that differentiates the company, emphasizing loyalty-building initiatives with clear metrics for retention and CLV.
    • Implement segmentation strategies to personalize experiences, boost engagement, and reduce churn while analysing competitive products.
    • Strategically plan high-impact campaigns and optimize incentives based on seasonal trends, state-specific factors, and customer preferences.
    • Expand automation efforts and leverage AI for customer lifecycle management, including churn, onboarding, and conversion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a marketing automation roadmap, integrating data and innovative technology.
    • Optimize bonusing and promotions, enhancing player-facing tools and automation to drive engagement and satisfaction.
    • Evaluate customer health, refine onboarding, and leverage insights to nurture long-term value and engagement.
    • Innovate retention efforts by testing new channels like SMS, push notifications, and AI-driven personalization.
    • Lead and inspire a CRM team to deliver timely, relevant, and effective multi-channel communications.

    Requirements:

    • Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
    • Super organized taskmaster
    • Strong presentation skills
    • At least 2 years’ experience working in the iGaming industry.
    • Social casino/sweepstakes experience is required.
    • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in a similar role in the areas of marketing technology and paid digital media.
    • Creative operations, marketing project management and technical task management experience
    • Working knowledge of digital advertising, marketing tracking/reporting, and mar-tech systems
