    CRM Executive

    BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming company, who are currently looking to add a CRM Executive to their team in London or Malta.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance the Promotional Calendar for assigned GEOs, ensuring timely and impactful campaign execution.
    • Designing and orchestrating diverse customer journeys that resonate with the player base.
    • Overseeing the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns, using the marketing automation tool, including segmenting the customers and setting up on-site and off-site promotions.
    • Monitoring and analysing key CRM metrics, including deliverability, open and click rates, and campaign performance.
    • Checking for game providers` updates and offers & helping with lobby placement.
    • Conducting thorough market and competitor research to tailor retention plans to the local market’s nuances. Identify innovative campaign opportunities to drive sustained player loyalty.

    Requirements:

    • Strong English communication skills are a must.
    • Background in CRM and familiarity with the iGaming sector.
    • Experience working with Optimove is a bonus.
    • Proficiency in HTML/CSS is advantageous.
    • Well-organized and analytical, paying close attention to details and approaching tasks systematically.
    • Driven by results and objectives, enthusiastic about learning and growth.
    • Motivated team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
