    CRM Executive

    BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming company who are seeking to hire a knowledgeable CRM Executive to join their team in London.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies for conversion, retention, and reactivation, supported by CRM campaigns.
    • Plan for the long term by analysing customer segments, life cycles, and user experiences to optimise retention and ROI.
    • Enhance customer experience by running targeted CRM campaigns, monitoring ROI, prioritising resources, reducing costs, and driving continuous improvement in collaboration with teams across development, design, support, and BI.
    • Use data to track KPIs, improve customer segmentation, and guide market research to align with sports betting trends.
    • Ensure CRM systems meet objectives, implement new tools for campaign optimisation, and manage ad hoc tasks.
    • Test and monitor user experiences to identify and address errors, adapting campaigns to local needs. Provide competitive analysis and share insights across teams.

    Requirements:

    • Greek speaking or fluent in Greek and knowledgeable of the Greek market trends
    • Proven CRM experience in a similar role, ideally in both sports betting and gaming environment
    • Experience using Optimove or similar platform
    • Experience in running multichannel campaigns
    • Highly customer-centric with a good understanding of CRM strategies and practices
    • Knowledge and interest of online gaming products
    • Applied understanding of lifecycle development and optimisation
    • Data focused and ROI driven
    • Ability to build strong working relationships
    • A marketing/business degree level qualification or equivalent would be desirable
