    CRM Executive

    BettingJobs are excited to be working with a fast-growing company based in Barcelona who are seeking a CRM Executive to join their team. As a CRM Executive your role will be to design, develop and execute marketing campaigns across various communication channels.

    The CRM Executive role would be well suited to an experienced marketing professional who has knowledge of CRM techniques and is fluent in both French and English.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and on-site messaging.
    • Collaborate with teams to design and implement promotional calendars, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Create compelling and personalized content for various communication channels, leveraging creativity to resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, using actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
    • Implement A/B testing and other testing methodologies to refine marketing actions and stay ahead of industry trends.
    • Develop and implement automated lifecycle communication funnels to enhance customer journeys and improve retention.
    • Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.

    Requirements:

    • French Native & Fluent in English.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or CRM roles, with a focus on customer engagement and retention.
    • Proficient in CRM techniques, including segmentation, campaign planning, and performance analysis.
    • Basic knowledge of HTML for email and web content is a plus.
    • Experience with CRM tools, particularly Fast Track CRM, is highly desirable.
    • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
