    CRM Executive

    BettingJobs is working with a leading iGaming company who are seeking to hire a knowledgeable CRM Executive for the Italian Market to join their team in London.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute innovative multi-channel communication strategies to enhance the user journey, boost customer retention, and achieve market KPIs.
    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of promotional content and CRM campaigns for sportsbook customers, from concept to execution and optimization.
    • Ensure CRM campaigns are consistent, appealing, cost-effective, relevant, and integrated with the overall business strategy.
    • Collaborate with Design, Customer Support, Acquisition, and VIP teams to maintain promotional transparency and alignment.
    • Develop and implement A/B tests using in-house design and tech resources to enhance customer experience and improve CRM conversion rates.
    • Keep on-site communication up-to-date and relevant by managing banners, promotional pages, and other content on sports betting platforms.

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
    • Commercially minded, with experience in CRM marketing.
    • Self-driven and a strong sense of ownership.
    • Analytical and data-driven mindset.
    • Ability to put yourself in the customer’s shoes to ensure every touchpoint is positive,
    • valuable, and consistent.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and to be challenged to increase your learning curve.
    • Motivated team player with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
    • Experience working with Optimove is a bonus.
